In celebration of  National Wildlife Refuge Week, join us at the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center for the annual “Wild, Creepy and Outrageously Fun Scorpion Hunt!”  Jim Atkinson, wildlife biologist, will give a show-and-tell about this unique desert critter, its characteristics and how it glows in the dark! Afterwards we will all take our ‘black’ lights and go look for scorpions.

Wear closed-toed shoes. Families are warmly welcomed!
