The poets and verse lovers who frequent the poetry readings at the Ajo Copper News are trying something a little different this Wednesday – a Beatnik Revival. Starting at 7 p.m., the show will feature beat poetry and music. If time allows, there will be an open mic period at the end.
“Start your evening enjoying Ajo Alive in the Plaza and then head on over to the Ajo Copper News and listen to some cool verses,” said H.J. “Hop” David, who will be among the performers.
